After just completing another wonderful Retreat I can’t help thinking about the next one and how I can make it even better for everyone!

All participants are encouraged to bring forth their thoughts and ideas and as usual spirit will guide me towards further pathways.

I still find it amazing that Strangers can come together without knowing anything about each other until they share some time, couches, food, conversation and exchange if stories . They connect to each other’s energies and similarities and just go from there showing love and compassion for each other while learning about themselves and how the can truly find that happiness that comes only from within!May I never cease to be amazed and excited by people!
